Only one person is needed to start: whoever in the company has access to bills, invoices, and contact lists can upload everything alone. A dedicated team isn't necessary to engage stakeholders: Tsubomi manages invitations and response collection automatically.
Yes: your consultant can have dedicated access to verify data and validate the Sustainability Report, without having to reconstruct the work from scattered sheets. It is the same environment you use, not a file to be sent via email. Access is activated during the onboarding phase, upon your request.
From the second year, the bulk of the collection work is already set up: you update the documents for the year just closed instead of starting from scratch. Tsubomi automatically compares data with the previous year, so the report also tells the story of the trend over time, not just a snapshot of an isolated year.
The questionnaire remains open and Tsubomi sends automatic reminders to those who have not yet responded. The report can still be generated with the responses collected up to that point: the failure of a single employee to respond does not block the process, but it reduces the representativeness of that stakeholder category.
